Our extract is produced focusing on the polysacccharide/ beta-glucan count of each mushroom. We find focusing on the medicinal value to be important in keeping our extracts of the highrst quality. Each extract contains a minimum of 20% polysaccharides. Usually in the range of 20-30%. A typical 4:1 extract has a polysaccharide count of around 10%, making ours somewhere between 8:1 and 12:1. How long does it take? We ship most all of our product Canada Post airmail. This usually takes about one week to reach our customers but can take up to two. We usually ship within 48 hours of your order. What is your policy on returns? If a package is damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with the condition of the product.
