Fungi Health Mushroom Extract Return Policy

If a package is damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with the condition of the product for any reason. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package. We may ask that you send the product back to us and we will replace the product for you free of charge.

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, Fungi Health will issue a store credit to your account.

There is no credit card returns on items that have already been shipped. We can issue a store credit in the rare event this may happen. Also we cannot accept product returns once the seal has been broken on any of our products, but can issue a full refund if product was lost or damaged.
